In Blood Dragon, players work to stop an evil plot, and there's none of the moral quandary found in other Far Cry titles. The biggest difference is the Blood Dragons: dinosaurs with lasers strapped to them. Despite their popularity, the Blood Dragons have never returned to the series. The gameplay is very similar to Far Cry 3 with more neon katanas and ninja stars. Think the exact opposite of the villain trailer for Far Cry 6: over the top violence played for laughs, not for shock. Serious to the point of hilarity, the entire game is played for laughs and is very over the top. The main character of Blood Dragon is an action hero straight out of a movie like Die Hard or Escape from New York. While the Season Pass Villain's feature will appeal to many, the chance to play Blood Dragon again or for the first time will also no doubt prove a big draw. Taking place in an entirely different timeline (a cyberpunk setting), drenched in neon, and extremely campy, it was met with acclaim at release. Something between a standalone title and an expansion, it used the same map and gameplay of Far Cry 3 to create something entirely new. For those unfamiliar, Blood Dragon, as its title suggests, was first introduced back with Far Cry 3.
